The location turned out to be marvellous and handy, near to a lovely Cascade Gardens nearby as well as the nightlife and beaches. We had the apartment which was neat and decent size with air conditioner...

The room was recently refurbished, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities, along with a dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. the view was nice, and the staff were accommodating and pleasant. the hotel's location is particularly good, just a short distance from the entrance to the town centre.

The owners/managers were very friendly. It was equidistant between Surfers & Pacific Fair within walking distance. There were also some restaurants close by or within easy walking distance. The bus stops were not far away, beach about a 10 min walk away.

The room had a very strong unpleasant smell when closed up for a while. This dispersed once the window, ranchsliders were opened & fans turned on. The management tried to get rid of it & did offer other accommodation. There was no venitlation in the bathroom which meant when the drier was on it became very hot & humid.

Would stay here again and would recommend it to friends. The rooms are great-sized and newly decorated, the hotel is stunningly beautiful. Accommodating and helpful staff as one would expect. As for me the food is fab, and they have plenty of meals.

We had an amazing stay here during Christmas, with everything feeling modern, friendly staff, and plenty of fabulous food to enjoy.

i like every thing not far from shops,beach, theme parks ,bus services.the only bad part is the neighbours are a bit loud some times.but if we go again i will stay at santana resort again u cant bblame them for the neighbours ,great appartment ,pool,spa and bbq area just outside your door nearly thank u santana resort from south australia

This hotel is in a quiet spot that's just a short walk from all the places we wanted to visit.

We liked the location, a ten minute walk in either direction to Surfer's Paradise hub or Broadbeach hub. Nice and quiet, lovely pool area. Room was nice :) Value for money.

The pillows on the bed gave us both sore necks - too flat and hard! But that's getting picky :)

very spacious apartments with good facilities (kitchen, laundry). good location, just a stone's throw away from the bus stop (you'll need to catch a bus down to surfers). highly recommended for a relaxing get away!

The pool and bbq area was great. Friendly and helpful onsite managers. Lovely gardens.

Too far from beach for price. Wrongly advertised on website as stated only 100 m from beach but was really 700 m or more! Our unit was in desparate need of a renovation. Noisy fans, sticky sliding door, smashed light fitting in bathroom, water damage on cupboards in bathroom, in need of paint. Couch was very worn and out of shape. Rug in our room was dangerous as kept rolling up at sides. No non stick frypan and had to buy our own. All saucepans too small to cook for large group. Noisy location next to fire station and private units etc. Inventory of items in room not satisfactory as things were missing on arrival.

The location here is really nice and convenient—it's close to cafés and restaurants, plus there's a tram station nearby. the staff are incredibly helpful at all times, and the rooms are a good size. 😊.

Had a lovely stay at Santana Resort, location was perfect and value for money was excellent. Will definitely return as I would highly reccommend this place for anyone with a small family and a spot to get away from much busier hotels so foot traffic is excellent because there wasn't too much to handle during Easter and School holidays. Santana Resort is a very nice and quiet family friendly location.

Spare blankets in closet wasn't the cleanest or freshest smelling(musky), didn't use them, other than that all good
